The firm offers a full range of services including accounting, tax and administration assistance to companies of all sizes. The accounting division provides support for tax and due diligence audits, the preparation of opinions and evaluations, and corporate check-ups.
It also provides specific support for accounting and financial obligations: including the drafting of financial statements, the preparation and sending of all tax returns, accounting records and VAT payments, as well as the paperwork related for the Register of Companies and other Rolls that require registration, changes and terminations. The firm also deals with the preservation of all relevant documents in accordance with the law.
MDM provides assistance in the design, development and implementation of Organisational, Management and Control ("MOG") models, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.
It also ensures subsequent maintenance and adjustment over time. Individual projects, specially prepared and tailored to the needs of client companies, are undertaken using constant and qualified assistance to prevent the offenses referred to in Legislative Decree 231/01, if necessary together with a criminal lawyer specialised in this field.
As part of its 'all inclusive' approach, MDM provides company secretariat management services, in compliance with the relevant legal formalities. In particular, it takes responsibility for maintaining the following corporate journals:

Privacy and Security obligations
The firm provides assistance and advice to companies, institutions and organisations that are subject to data privacy and security legislation. It is also able to provide, through its network of consultants and associates, prompt management of all the formalities for the rules on workplace safety, as well as qualified support through clarification and labour, civil, criminal and administrative law application assistance.
MDM supports international clients wishing to set up companies to operate in Italy and is able to provide comprehensive assistance on all related legal and trade issues, including the configuration of 'newco' structures, negotiating agreements between shareholders, drafting of articles of association.
The Firm has a service for the domiciliation of foreign companies. In order to provide clients with the best, most timely and cost effective service, the team works with trusted external professionals (surveyors, notaries, and consultants) to perform and manage not just the signing of articles of association, but also all the additional red tape and bureaucracy, both contextual and subsequent, required by the respective authorities.
